Happy Highlighter

It comes in two colors (pink and yellow) and has a removable cap shaped like two feet so that it can stand up and present a welcoming smile. Just take it out of the base and use the traditional chisel-tip to makes notes on paper. It measures 1.75"W x 5.5"H x 1.5"D (including the hair) and comes with a choking hazard warning for small parts. It is not for children under 3 years of age.
